This notice explains how Door Rev handles website inquiries and project information in the current launch version.
When you contact Door Rev by phone or email, you may provide your name, company, contact information, property or market, approximate door count, project photos, campaign goals, timing and other information needed to evaluate a potential project or advertising relationship.
The current website inquiry form opens your email application and prepares an email to orders@DoorRev.com. The form content is not intentionally stored in a Door Rev website database before you send that email. Your email provider and Door Rev's email provider will process the message under their own terms and privacy practices.
Answer inquiries, schedule project review and communicate about resurfacing, property partnerships, advertising or installer opportunities.
Assess scope, material suitability, logistics, campaign fit, compliance questions and commercial requirements.
Prepare proposals, coordinate approved work, maintain project records, prevent duplicate outreach and manage business relationships.
Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and error/security logs to deliver and protect the site. Door Rev does not currently describe a visitor as a qualified advertising audience merely because that visitor loaded the website.
Door Rev may add first-party analytics and conversion measurement as the business grows. If the data practices materially change, this notice should be updated before relying on the new data for marketing or profiling.
Door Billboard campaigns may use unique QR codes, campaign links and UTM parameters to measure scans, clicks, redemptions or other agreed actions. Door Rev will distinguish estimated exposure from measured response and will not intentionally request sensitive personal information through a standard Door Billboard QR destination unless a separate use case and privacy process is approved.
Advertisers or properties may operate the destination page and may collect information under their own privacy notices. Their data practices are separate from Door Rev's website.
Door Rev may share relevant project information with approved installers, suppliers, property representatives, advertisers, professional advisers and service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the work. Door Rev should not sell website inquiry contact information as a consumer-data product.
Business records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, contract, legal/compliance obligations, warranty documentation, dispute prevention and legitimate business records. Information that no longer serves a reasonable business or legal purpose should be deleted or de-identified when practical.

Launch notice updated September 6, 2026. This operational notice should be reviewed by counsel as Door Rev adds CRM, analytics, online payments or other data-processing systems.
