WrapDoor + Door Billboard · Hotel brief

A door refresh, built around your property.

Start with a walkthrough and sample. Add advertising only where it fits your guest experience and your approvals.

Two services. Your choice of scope.

WrapDoor

Architectural finishes and custom graphics for eligible commercial doors. Quote the physical project around condition, material, preparation and access.

Door Billboard

Optional door advertising from approved businesses. You approve categories, creative, zones and dates, with existing hotel relationships protected.

Advertising revenue, if included, follows a negotiated agreement. Free installation and guaranteed hotel income are not assumed.

A controlled first pilot

  1. Walkthrough: identify candidate doors, sides, condition, labels, hardware and access requirements.
  2. Sample: agree on the exact material and a representative sample before wider production.
  3. Defined scope: propose a small group of eligible doors, potentially 10–25 if suitable. Confirm exact quantities after review.
  4. Approval: document property authority, brand requirements, material review, artwork and commercial terms.
  5. Installation and review: coordinate access, record placement and quality, then assess maintenance, guest feedback and actual costs.

Rated doors require project-specific review. No film family or surface-burning test alone establishes that a modified door assembly retains its rating. Labels, hardware, required signage and safety features must remain protected.

What we need for the first conversation

Your property and location; approximate candidate count; representative door, edge, hardware and label photos where permitted; preferred timing; brand approval contact; and whether you want resurfacing, advertising or both.

What stays in your control

Approved areas and access windows, advertising categories, creative approval, onsite dining protections and the agreed removal or stop-work process. We will define these in the proposal before scheduling.
