Door Billboard · Advertiser brief

Be part of a visitor’s next local stop.

Introduce travelers to dining, attractions, entertainment and practical services during their stay.

Mentor / Lake County pilot in development. Host property, approved door faces, dates and pricing are being finalized. No placement is reserved by submitting an inquiry.

Useful to guests. Relevant to your business.

Dining

Help a visitor find dinner, takeout or a reservation. Restaurant eligibility depends on the hotel’s existing dining relationships.

Things to do

Give guests a reason to explore an attraction, performance, shopping destination or bookable experience.

Visitor services

Offer a clear next step for transportation or other trip needs. Healthcare and other sensitive categories receive additional review.

What a scoped proposal will include

  1. The approved property, zone, exact door faces and campaign dates.
  2. One clear creative concept and guest action, with hotel and advertiser approval.
  3. Separate media, design, print, installation and removal costs, with any refreshes or exclusivity defined.
  4. Placement documentation and response reporting where tracking is included.
  5. Payment, cancellation, delay and replacement terms before a commitment.

We will quote your actual scope. We do not guarantee impressions, reservations, sales or redemptions.

Bring one offer and one next step.

Tell us your visitor benefit, preferred season, target market, logo/assets, offer terms, approval contact and destination link. Examples include a menu, ticket page, booking link or directions. A short URL can accompany a QR code.

Artwork dimensions and safe areas are provided after the exact doors are surveyed. Production begins only after the placement, material, final proof and commercial terms are approved.

How we report

We separate installed placements and active dates from measured clicks, redemptions or advertiser-shared results. Property-supplied occupancy is planning context, not an audited impression count.
